The Project will also include a solar power generation component, with an initial 50 MW phase that will be coupled with the hydroelectric facility at the date of commercial operation. Depending on the evolution of demand, additional 50 MW phases will be commissioned, up to a total of 300 MW for the solar component;<\/p><p>And more generally, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable property transactions that may relate directly or indirectly to the company\u2019s corporate purpose or to any similar or related purposes likely to facilitate its execution or development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2384b283 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"2384b283\"
