On September 4, 2025, Minkouma Energy Company SA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Arab Contractors, one of the pre-qualified candidates for the role of Contractor under the ECI model, for the execution of a Due Diligence mission.
This mission has three main objectives:
✅ Prepare a Due Diligence Report,
✅ Préparer une offre technique,
✅ Prepare a financial proposal with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
