Notre mission

The development, construction, and operation of a hydroelectric power plant with an installed capacity of approximately 240–300 MW (the “Plant”), supplied by a reservoir at a normal retention level of 540/545 meters, located at Minkouma on the Sanaga River in the Centre Region of Cameroon (the “ Site » or the « the Minkouma Site » or the « Project ”). The Project will also include a solar power generation component, with an initial 50 MW phase that will be coupled with the hydroelectric facility at the date of commercial operation. Depending on the evolution of demand, additional 50 MW phases will be commissioned, up to a total of 300 MW for the solar component;

And more generally, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable property transactions that may relate directly or indirectly to the company’s corporate purpose or to any similar or related purposes likely to facilitate its execution or development.
