On September 5, 2025, Minkouma Energy Company SA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sinohydro, one of the pre-qualified candidates for the position of General Contractor under the ECI model, to conduct a due diligence mission.
This key mission will enable the following:
✅ Prepare a Due Diligence Report
✅ Prepare a technical proposal,
✅ Propose a financial offer with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
